Sprint's LTE network is officially slated to launch July 15th, but reports from Sprint 4G Rollout Updates suggest that Kansas City customers are already getting a taste of the new, faster network. According to S4GRU, "every complete and signed off LTE site in the market is now live," including St. Joseph, Missouri and Manhattan, Kansas, and sources within Sprint have allegedly confirmed the move. That means anybody with a Galaxy Nexus or another of the recently-released Sprint LTE phones should be able to find the new network.

The July 15th rollout date was supposed to include five major markets: Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Kansas City, and San Antonio. We haven't heard anything about service in these other areas, but we've reached out to Sprint to confirm whether Kansas City's network will stay up and whether some other cities might get LTE before the official launch.
