Help an iPhone user switch happily to his Galaxy Nexus

Hey Guys,

Last Monday I received my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus in the mail. I currently own a iPhone 4S, and I wasn't due for an upgrade on Verizon until May of 2013 :(.

As I'm a general Apple fan and have been using iPhones for 4 years now, I'd grown a little bored with the whole iOS operating system as my daily driver. When I got my Nexus in the mail I was very excited, and immediately went to work unlocking/rooting it and installing Jelly Bean. I've always been kind of a tweaker at heart, but I was quickly discouraged by how hard it was to get decent battery life and most of the apps on the Google Play store either were crap, or powerful but didn't conform to Google's overall UI appearance. To make matters worse, I'm very spoiled by how well integrated all the services are on iOS. iCloud flawlessly backups my iPhone in the cloud, iMessage syncs messages between my ipad and iphone(many of my friends and family have iphones). I have iTunesMatch and have enjoyed being completely untethered to my mac for new music. Finally, the other day I bought a Airport Express, and I have totally fallen in love with AirPlay!

Now, I'll say this. Shortly after I reactivated my iPhone from disgust over the nexus's battery life, I researched the battery problems on XDA, and found that the custom kernel I flashed could've been the culprit. I flashed a new kernel(faux beta9) and fast charging and over battery life seems vastly improved. Granted, there's no SIM, so I haven't tested 4G battery consumption yet.

Help guys! I really want an excuse to keep this Nexus, but I can really only have one phone and the iPhone(for better or for worse) is the more reliable daily driver! :(
