Californian National Parks get 360-degree panoramic Google Street View imagery
Stuck inside this weekend? That's no excuse not to get your nature fix, as Google has recently added 360-degree panoramic imagery of five National Parks in California to Street View. Following the addition of the Amazon rainforest, you're now able to take a virtual stroll through the Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Redwoods, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, and Death Valley parks from the relative comfort of your own office chair. Of course, If you have the opportunity we'd recommend actually visiting these places in person — but hey, even then it'd probably be as good a moment as ever to test out Google Maps' offline mode on Android.
