Nexus 7 - Hiccups
Does anyone else experience hiccups in speed on their Nexus 7 (US; 16 GB) when typing really fast? Sometimes when I tap an icon, there is a delay, and it's making me paranoid about whether or not I received a defective device.

Update: I haven't tried out games yet, which is where I suppose the most stuttering would happen.
