T-Mobile getting stock HTC One X on September 26th?
I'm sure many if you will remember the "G4x" rumor (http://androidandme.com/2012/02/smartphones-2/rumor-htc-one-x-to-sprint-with-lte-t-mobile-to-get-stock-android-4-0-and-quad-core-cpu/) which was a quad core HTC One X with stock Androidcoming to T-Mobile. The rumor said that it would be announced around the same time of the Evo LTE.
Many of us patiently waited and received nothing. We saw the announcemnt and release of the Evo LTE with no sign of the legendary stock HOX.
Fast forward to today, where many mobile websites are reporting on a device called "HTC Era 42" destined for T-Mobile (http://www.phonearena.com/news/Mysterious-HTC-Era-BlackBerry-Armstrong-coming-to-T-Mobile_id32327). Journalist began to believe this would be a "G3" with 42MBPS HSDPA+ after the original G1 was sometimes referred to as the Era G1. Websites believed it would have a September 26 release date.
The reason I'm posting this here is because few websites have linked the two articles together. I, for one, am excited. People have been pandering for a HOX with stock Android. Luckily enough for me, I'm eligible for an upgrade 3 days later :)
