EVO LTE, becoming your friend or foe?
Your reading this I assume because you own an EVO LTE. Some of you originate from a long line of HTC owning dedication beginning with the OG EVO or before (I had the Diamond with Win Mo 6.5! Which had some fun gimmicks but still sorely null comparatively). Some of you are new to the Android playscape and are exploring what the little green guy can offer you. Regardless of your past, you now own a variation of the HTC One X with Sprint service.
When getting the EVO LTE we are all enamoured by the impressive upgrade to our sadly decaying hardware. We relish in the crisp text and pictures displayed on the not quite gargantuan screen. The faster processor has you testing out how exhilarating HD games can be. The anorexic body makes you wonder how you ever let yourself be seen with that obese ex. For those of you who have had it since pre-orders were delivered, like myself, the honeymoon period is reaching it's end. The sexy and fluid (although not "buttery") ICS we drooled over is now becoming yesterdays sidewalk puddle. Finding out some old favourite games aren't yet optimized and thus unplayable (Dead Space) is a gamers hell. Could the screen size give your hands arthritis? Are there some bugs that have gone unfixed within the update? So here stands the simple yet hard pressed question, how do you feel about it now?
Additionally, I enjoy rooting and playing with ROMs. Have you found any that are stand out? Any word on JB ROMs?
