Different Internet Speed Packages
Over the past few months I have noticed a difference in internet speed on my computer. Today I was looking at the Time Warner internet packages and found out that they have two different internet speed packages. I use cable modem which should be fast enough (or at least I think it is).
Time Warner is showing that they have "High Speed Internet" option or a "Turbo Internet". Both include a cable modem. The High Speed will reach to 10mps. The Turbo can get speeds up to 20mps.
Now I use the High Speed Internet option but it does not have a consistent download speed when I try to browse the web or even check email.
Do any Time Warner internet subscribers notice a difference between these two packages?
