My Top 5, in no particular order are

Ace Combat 6
Favorite Tracks:

• Liberation of Gracemaria
• Ace Combat 6 Main Theme
• Weapons of Mass Destruction

Armored Core V
Favorite Tracks:

• Lament Over the Howling Age
• Acheron
• 12 Steps

Katawa Shoujo (Technically a VN, but the soundtrack is wonderful)
Favorite Tracks:

• Moment of Decision
• Friendship
• Parity
• Many more (Seriously, every track is memorable)

Radiant Historia
Favorite Tracks:

• Mechanical Kingdom
• Blue Radiance
• Shadows Dance in the Darkness

The 3rd Birthday
Favorite Tracks:

• Beginning of Breeding
• Contact, Freeze, Explode
• Terminus Zero
