Need windows 8 install help

I know this isn't a support forum, but I am hoping that someone can help me get windows 8 installed on my desktop and laptop.

Whenever I try and install it I get an error that states, "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation"

This happens on both my laptop and new desktop I just built. I have downloaded the ISO 5 times, tried different sata settings in the bios, used USB drives and dvds burned at various speeds, created the bootable usb drives and dvd install disks on a Mac and another PC, and tried two different release versions of windows 8. I am at a loss as to what I should do and googling it has only given me "answers" that I've already tried and failed. I thought that it might be an issue with using SSDs, but I had previously installed an early version of windows 8 on the Crucial M4 drive while it was in another desktop. Please help!

Specs of the new desktop are:

i3-2100
8GB DDR3 1600
128GB Samsung 830 SSD
ASRock H77 chipset Motherboard

Laptop(Lenovo u450p) specs:

Core2Duo
8GB Ram
64GB Crucial M4 SSD
