Question about the weird numbers google voice uses to receive texts/outgoing calls

Do they use the same number for different Google voice users?

that's sounds confusing lemme explain

lets assume my google voice number is 555-1111

my friends number is 555-2222

and the weird number that comes up when im calling(via Google Voice) or receiving a text from friend is 333-5555

if someone calls/texts that 333-5555 number will their call/text be forwarded to my friend? or does it only work from my 555-1111.
