Been around the World... Back to Android
I quit Android about 6 months ago. I sold my tablet, I sold my phones. I was all WP7 (which I still love). Then I went Blackberry, WebOS and iOS. And you know what I discovered? I wasted a lot of time and money. In the end, Google and the Android Community has done a great job. Quite simply, the OS just works, and works well.
Now I can point out a bunch of flaws but one thing I noticed is these flaws in Android from Froyo to Jellybean, are minor compared to some I have found on other platforms. Don't get me wrong they all have their strengths. But as a user of them all, I have come to the conclusion that Android suits my needs the best right now. I'm not going to get into a OS bashing troll-rant (though I am tempted). I'm just going to leave by saying Android is a solid platform. I'm glad to be back.
P.S.
Funny thing is, after being completely frustrated with the other Platforms, desperate for a taste of Android, I dusted off my wife's Old Motorola Devour until my new phone comes. i gotta tell you that thing is built like a tank! Its all metal!
