If your still looking for a nexus 7, I just picked up mine yesterday at a Micro Center store yesterday. They had lots of stock as of this morning.

To see if your nearest location has any, go to Micro Center - http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0396275 and choose the location from the "Shop your Store's Selection" dropdown box at the top center of the page.
