The ultra-delayed 4G PlayBook is apparently ready to launch on Canada's Bell network next week, according to a document leaked by MobileSyrup. First announced at MWC in Barcelona way back in February 2011, the LTE PlayBook has taken almost a year and a half to come to market already. The leaked document says the tablet will launch for $549.95 CAD unsubsidized on July 31st with 32GB of internal storage.. Other than 4G LTE and HSPA+ connectivity, this is almost exactly the same PlayBook that we all know and love. You'll find a 7-inch WSVGA (1024 x 600) display, 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear and 3-megapixel front-facing cameras, a 4800mAh battery, and RIM's second-generation PlayBook OS preinstalled. One thing that may have changed is the processor, which is apparently a 1.5GHz dual-core processor — a considerable increase over the original PlayBook's 1GHz unit.

Of course, there's always the possibility that the document isn't genuine, but we don't have too long a wait to find out. We've reached out to RIM for confirmation on the date, and we'll update you once we hear back.
