Opt out of inline ad links - Vibrant and Kontera

I now present you with my two favorite pages on the internet today:

These are the "double-underline" ads that present a pop-up window when you accidentally over over them. I find them super annoying. I know that an ad blocker will also kill these links, but I prefer to not run an ad blocker (hey, I work on the internet and ads often pay the bills).

The one thing to remember is you'll need to have cookies fully enabled for the opt-outs to stick.

Are there other opt-outs for these sorts of annoying ads you know of?
