2:1, This is how much Samsung is outselling Apple on Smartphones.
Reports are out stating that Samsung is widening the lead on Apple, its apparently outselling the iPhone by a factor of 2:1 with the GS3 alone, that has a few months in the market around 19 million already.

No wonder why Apple is like a madman trying to stop Samsung at all cost. If I where Apple, I would do the same, with such a small portfolio of products, if the iPhone is not a "chick" thing anymore and people starts abandoning the ship they will not have a parachute to smooth out the fall.
Of course, Apple has accumulated an immense amount of money and they can play harder if they want, but these are clear signs of the fact that Apple will need to outdo not only themselves but also the competiton the next iterations of iOS and iPhones, my fear is that Tim Cook is not used to be a follower.
