Mountain Lion Up-toDate code not working

Bambi eyed, I opened my new MacBook this morning and filled out the form to get my free ML download code. About 15 minutes later my code came. Upon putting my code into the Mac App Store I was given this error message:

I contacted support with no luck yet. Anybody else having this issue?
