Podcast app with cross-handset state sync?

Is there an Android Podcast app with:

a) Syncing of podcast state across multiple devices (they can be all android, just has to sync across multiple devices)

b) Lockscreen support

?

Obviously a number with b), but a) is the main thing I'm looking for right now.
