Nokia only released version 2.0 of its Maps app for Windows Phone in June, but it appears the company is pushing ahead with a new 2.5 update. WP7forum reports that Nokia Maps 2.5 will include a route planner feature and Groupon integration. The site has screenshots of the new app in action to back up its claims and Groupon integration matches an exclusive partnership that the two companies announced in May.

Nokia Maps 2.5 is said to be on its way to the Windows Phone Marketplace soon, with distribution targeted worldwide with the exception of Israel and Serbia.
