Most Memorable Villain Designs

When it comes to villains, folks usually talk about what they do and how/why they do it. Appearance is often mentioned in passing just to describe them as cool, stupid, menacing, etc. and is, from what I've seen, rarely what lands them on favorites lists.

So, this thread is dedicated to our favorite villain designs of the video game world. Ignore their motives and actions; I'm sure that you're a terrible person deep down, but it's what's on the outside that counts.

Let's try to stick to characters that made their debut in video games and do our best to avoid spoiling more recent titles.
