Best 4.3 Inch Screen Device

HI all, I'm seriously consitering getting a Galaxy S III, but after picking up my Galaxy S II while packing it up to sell, I really like the 4.3 inch feel. Any suggestions on the best 4.3 inch device right now? Whats your thoughts,
