Scam?

Hi all,

I want to buy a phone from here, http://www.direct-saleslimited.com the prices are great, it's just it seems a little fishy. I emailed them and it sounds very professional and convincing with a return policy and other stuff like that. Does anyone have any idea if this is a scam or legit? Unless you know for sure, please don't make any assumptions!
