HTC One X "off-contract" price lowered to $449, a little advice for an Android newbie
I'm about to buy my first Android phone and I would like a few opinions. I've had every iPhone released and though it's great and I've spent an insane amount of money on apps, I'm a little board and want something new to play with. I've been debating rather to get the Galaxy Nexus from the Play Store or possibly the Samsung Galaxy S III. I don't have an upgrade credit available so I would be paying full price for the SIII ($549). I've read many of the other posts and each device seems to have positives and negatives. Due to the price difference and the fact that it's anyone's guess when the SIII will get Jelly Bean, I was leaning toward the Galaxy Nexus. To complicate things, I just noticed that AT&T lowered the off-contract price of the HTC One X to $449. Should I rethink my decision to go with the Galaxy Nexus? I'm more concerned about value than price...for example, I have not problem paying an extra $200 for the SIII over the Galaxy Nexus as long as I'm getting $200 of more phone (I hope that makes sense).
