Samsung Galaxy S II

I went with this phone after a stint with a T-Mobile G2X, an HTC HD7, and MANY Nokia's. And I must say. This phone has REALLY IMPRESSED me.
For one, I like the design. I'm a sucker for boxy designs, hence my dislike with it's successor (Galaxy S III). Another, the Super AMOLED Plus display serves me really well. I have yet to truly own a phone with HD display, but this is a more than serviceable display. For me, the performance is. Just. Fast. Even comparing to the Galaxy S III demo units at malls, it can match the speed of the quad-core monstrosities. The camera has served me really well.
The main headache I have with this phone is the atrocious battery life. The only reason I last half a day is because I'm on Airplane Mode and not using it in class. When constantly used, it always only lasts me 3 hours. Even less than 2 on a bad day.
And it warms up to a point when you can use it as a Warm Pack when your muscles ache.
Android has many games and apps. And the main reason I went to Android after going Windows Phone for so long.
Overall, I really like this phone. I just need to find an extended battery for this one...
