My first try at a website...any thoughts?

I followed a tutorial online and did not create this myself, all I did was type the code and change some parts. I changed the colour, the font for the "images" you see in the circles (no images were used) and some of the transitions. Just a first try...the next one im working on now is completely from scratch. any advice would be appreciated.
