The Motorola Photon Q LTE, assumed to be the successor to the Photon 4G, appears to have passed through the FCC as model number XT897. Little is known about the device other than that it is equipped with an NFC chip, Bluetooth, and an LTE radio built to handle Sprint's 1900MHz band. Given the dimensions laid out on the included diagram, we're guessing it will also be roughly the same size as the previous model. The Photon 4G was released a year ago and featured a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor, and 1GB of RAM, so the Photon Q should be a relatively capable Android handset if its predecessor is anything to go by.
