Municipal Broadband vs the Private offerings
I came across a VERY interesting video comparing what several municipal broadband cities offer in terms of speeds and uploads vs companies private companies like time warner and at&t.

For all the talk of googles fiber in Kansas, that is not going to do anything for the rest of us. Municipal broadband being freed to operate might broaden the adoption of higher speeds across the board.
