[HOW-TO] Sync your shiny new outlook.com mail with your mobile, today!

This visual guide is intended for those who registered a new account on outlook.com, have a new account with the new domain (user@outlook.com) and wish to setup email access on their mobile device, today! :D

Screenshots used in this guide is taken from the setup process done on my Galaxy Nexus running Jelly Bean (JRO03C) but it should serve as a general guide for other devices too, even those on different platforms :)

Lets get started!

#Step 1

Go to "Settings" and choose "Add account".

#Step 2

Select "Corporate".

#Step 3

Key in your new outlook email address and password. Once done, hit the "Next" button.

#Step 4

Wait for the auto-setup process to complete or press "Cancel" to skip. Any will do.

#Step 5

Change the "Domain\Username" from "\user" to "\user@outlook.com". Refer to the following screenshot for an example. Leave the password field untouched and manually key in "snt-m.hotmail.com" in the "Server" field.

#Step 6

Specify your sync options and you're done! :D
