Reminder: Galaxy Nexus does NOT have Gorilla Glass
Just noticed this when wiping off the screen of my new Nexus because there was a slight scratch on the screen. My Focus never got any scratches on the screen so I was expecting the same thing with the Nexus, but after a quick Google search I was reminded that the Nexus does NOT have a Gorilla Glass screen.
Just as a warning to the prospective/recent buyers out there...gotta be more careful with the screen of your new baby :( I think it's really disappointing personally
edit: as Nightfall983 summed it up: "Moral of this story? Always use protection!" But also, I assumed it was Gorilla Glass and would perform similarly to my Focus' screen because at one point it was "required" for their AMOLED screens
