The @outlook.com email addresses Microsoft forgot to reserve
Microsoft's new Outlook.com webmail service launched yesterday as a public preview, leaving thousands of Hotmail users scrambling to reserve their shiny new @outlook.com email addresses. After a million signups in just a few hours, some email addresses have emerged that Microsoft may have wanted to reserve. PC Pro managed to secure steveballmer@outlook.com, and a Ballmer on Ballmer Tumblr has ballmer@outlook.com discussing Zune strategies with gates@outlook.com.
Other registrations include good@outlook.com and one Twitter user even managed to secure donotreply@outlook.com. It's not clear if others were able to register more nefarious variations like admin@outlook.com or postmaster@outlook.com, but it seems odd that Microsoft failed to secure its own CEO's alias. Did you manage to secure any comical or surprising variations?
