Google Now-style results arrive on mobile browser searches
Google has revamped search results on mobile and tablet devices, bringing cosmetic and functional changes to browser-based search. The Next Web reports that the revamped interface — which looks rather similar to Google Now's cards — is designed to make search results easier to parse, and a bit more useful. A search on currency exchange rates or unit conversions, for example, will offer drop down boxes to change or expand your query on the fly, while tracking a flight will also offer terminal and gate information in a neat little package. The changes come hot on the heels of Google's updated voice search functionality, and are currently limited to mobile and tablet browsers searching in English. Google says they'll be rolling out the changes to Desktop and International users soon.
