Windows 8 UI made compulsory causes outcry amongst users
It is no secret that there are wildly mixed reactions to the new UI on Windows 8 (previously named Metro UI), with some people welcoming it as a refreshing change while others calling it the most ugly and inconvenient UI ever.
Despite all the controversy, there are circulating rumors suggesting that Microsoft is going keep on pushing the new UI out to Windows users base. According to the rumors, the latest move in this attempt is to make the new UI compulsory AND trying to block any attempt to bypass that UI (from 3rd party or otherwise).
This has caused a lot of outcry amongst users, with some considering to skip Windows 8 altogether if there is no option to bypass the new UI.
