Favorite Text Editor?

I was wondering what your favorite text editors were, also what do you mostly use it for.

I started off as a notepad++ guy then when a friend of mine told me about Sublime Text, I gave that a try and I was hooked! I mostly use it for LaTeX and sometimes for modifying C++ code.

The best feature for me is the navigator on the right side, it's akin to the navigator in photoshop but for text.
