So you can't download "Metro" (Win 8 UI) apps from the web?

Hey,

Is it right that you can't download Windows 8 UI apps to your device from anywhere other than the Marketplace/ MS App store without enabling some developer function?

PS: Desktops apps on Win8 will still work like before though, right?
