Need a new Laptop

Hi,

I want to buy a new laptop. My requirements are as follows:

1) 15 inch screen

2) Max budget is 650 USD

It will be mainly used for 24x7 downloading and MS Office. Also regular web browsing. Nothing spectacular really. Just basic computing needs.
