How do you get Gmail when you're not on the go?
We all love Gmail. We all love Gmail apps for Android and iOS.
But what about when you're at home, or not at home, but on your laptop?
Until a few minutes ago, I used the Google Apps Gmail client - which for those who don't know is literally a Chrome frame that permanently runs Gmail. It works, but it is just the web app. I've long wanted something more native.
I've searched before, and just now I searched again. To my surprise, the top hit was Postbox - declaring better Gmail integration for Windows and Mac. "Holy shit." I thought, why haven't I heard of this already? It talks about labels and important tags on the site. I'm sold - installing 30-day trial now.
So what does everyone else here use? Postbox? gmail.com? Anything else I should now about?
Years back I used Thunderbird. But boy do I hate that program. (That's right, program. You remember when not everything was an app, right?)
