Windows equivalent for Preview (Apple) Application
The Preview application is the main PDF reader and annotator for Apple. It's very flexible program and it is capable of doing things in a simple way.
People tell me there's Adobe Reader but I've never really found it to be better than Preview. In fact, I always end up closing Adobe and opening my PDFs and photos with Preview.
So is there anything else that is almost exactly like Preview application on Windows 7?
Two features that I use a lot on Preview (besides opening up PDFs and such):
1. PDF annotating - writing on margins during lectures quickly, filling out forms that are on PDF, etc.
2. PDF or photo size scaling - saving PDFs and photos as a smaller file is something I always do in order to send it in emails or attach them to papers for school
