Using Google Wallet in Stores
Since Google started allowing the use of any credit card with Google Wallet, I have been making small purchases on my credit cards using my phone to see how many reward points I get.
I have a Amazon Visa through Chase that gives me 2x points on purchases at drugstores. I had two charges last month at CVS that came out to be about $12.38. I got 25 points for these purchases.
I know Google said that it would be up to credit card providers to determine if they will give out rewards points for Google wallet Purchases. It looks like Chase/Amazon is giving out full points for purchases through Google wallet.
I have a Chase Freedom, I'm curious to see if I get full points on that card too.
