Need help with Mobile carriers in Canada.

Hi, I am going to study High School in Toronto, Canada for 10 months and I need some help with picking the right Carrier.

What I need:

• Good prices
• Compatibility /w my International SGS2 i9100
• Relativly good coverage in Ontario...
• it should be "sign free" or max 1-year contract
• some recomendations from you...

I don't call much, I rather text and use Data... Thank you for your help.
