Decrease Window Border Size and Padding in Windows 8
AskVG.com posted this up just a little earlier, and I think it's neat, so i'm sharing it here.
The "Advanced appearance settings" dialog box has been removed from Windows 8, and with it's departure, we also lose the ability to reduce the size of the window borders. Thankfully, while the UI is gone, changing the registry entry directly still works.

Alternatively, you can download the .reg file here, and merge it into the registry.
