Why doesn't SEGA...

For many of the early years SEGA was a main contender in the gaming world. It was right up there nose-to-nose with Nintendo. Back then you picked a side and proclaimed you allegiance. But since the fall of the Dreamcast in the early 21st century, Sega has been slowly collapsing.

But... if you could take the bull by the horns and make Sega do as you pleased. What you you advise they do to turn things around? Is it too late?
