Google+ contacts in Outlook?
So it looks like the new outlook.com lets you link Google accounts to your people hub. I did so.

However, contacts that I have in my Google+ circles are not showing up at all. Now, I don't use the gmail account I have at all for email as I only created it to activate an Android tablet, and now to use G+, but am I missing something? Isn't anybody in my G+ circles considered a "Google contact"? This is either an early bug or I am terribly confused.
