Several months after a significant update to version 4.0 that brought along user interface enhancements and stability improvements, Skype has released version 4.1 for iPhone and iPad. The updated version brings one major new feature to the iOS devices: Photo Sharing. You can now send photos in chat, and Skype makes sure to point out that there's no limit on file size. Other than that, the apps are now easier on your battery life, with the hope being that you'll be able to keep the service constantly running in the background to accept IMs and video chats without draining your battery too quickly. Skype 4.1 for iPhone and iPad is available now for all devices running iOS 4.3 or later.
