Why there a great hate against EA?
This is an genuine question, not a troll bait
I never understand why the hate against EA that exist in the gamer communities, People often accused EA by ruining their series (I mean, sequel to Wings Commander?, That’s a 20 year old game, People always demand new IP, but hate EA for not releasing a sequel), providing buggy PC port, and making game series they bought worse (Like NFS X is the best, EA NFS Y sucks; they ruining the series!)
Not mentioning EA accused being greedy by purchasing successful developer companies that smaller than them, although I there some evidence that EA actually do this thing, it’s natural to have Consolidation, In fact access to even greater resource that provided by EA is blessing to them, your next Mass Effect or Battlefield wouldn’t be funded in Kick starter anytime soon
Could someone explain to me, Why there a massive wave of hate against EA, I never feel there significant quality degradation from EA Sequel , or EA ruining a game series, Could someone explain how does EA ruin a game series?
