iTunes Style App Organization For Android
Hi All,
I just got a Samsung Galaxy Note and love it, save for a question or two. I'll just leave it to one in this post, though:
I've downloaded a lot of apps; mainly looking for Holo style and cool widgets. My question is pretty straight-forward: In iTunes, when you connect your iphone, you can arrange all your apps on all your home screens with ease. You can also drag each icon by hand, but the reality is, with a lot of apps, it's a royal pain. So... is there a Mac or Windows app that will let me arrange my home screens ala iTunes, or am I stuck dragging icons around one-by-one. I like to try-out lots of different apps and this seems a bit convoluted. If it matters, I'm running ICS and am using APEX as a launcher, as suggested elsewhere. Help?
