What does the Samsung-Apple trial verdict mean for Android?
So the verdict is in and Samsung got slaughtered, being found to infringe most of Apple's patents.
Obviously this is a bad day for Samsung - not only for their bank balance but for their reputation as a company. But what do you think this will mean for Android as a whole? Will there be a shift towards Windows Phone from other OEMs or even Samsung itself? Will Google have to step up and protect Android? Or will this just be a light ripple in the pond?
