If you're an Android fan, why aren't you happy?

I'm a bit shocked about the reaction to Apple v. Samsung. If this were against stock Android devices (like the ongoing GNex litigation) I could see how you'd be mad. If this were against stock Android features I could see how you'd be pissed (like the Universal Search feature in ongoing litigation). So do you not understand what just happened? You should be excited because what just occurred is a bastardized version of Android that is in every way inferior to stock Android was completely dismantled in court. Samsung=/=Android. TouchWiz=/=Android. There were smoking guns in this case (the memos, the hyperbole-laden corporate directors), there won't be this kind of evidence in future litigation. So basically Android is better b/c people won't make shitty iOS clones in the future. So basically if you aren't okay with this its not because of fandom, its because of Apple hatred, which is a bit un-American since they are one of the biggest retailers in the country and the most valuable company in the world, bringing that title home for the USA. But even if you hate Apple b/c you think iOS is "simplistic", you should be glad that companies are discouraged from bringing that simplicity to Android.
