Does a Apple win mean a Win for Windows Phone?
Does Apple winning against Samsung mean a win for Windows Phone?
With Apple winning (and Microsoft having a cross licensing agreement) it means that a window is now open for Windows Phone to take advantage of the situation while Android handsets scamble to not infringe on Apple patents. It may also mean that Android manufactures put more of an effort into marketing and hardware towards Windows Phone.
I don't see much of a downside since the cross licensing agreement doesn't really hamper what Windows Phone is providing.
