Workers at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as well as the tech companies that provide it with content, are required to view hundreds of disturbing images and videos every day, and former employees have reported flashbacks and recurring worries about the children that they've seen. While most organizations provide counselling and other support services, the job is, ultimately, a sacrifice. Head over to BuzzFeed to read the full story.
