The Numerous Legal Holes in the Apple v. Samsung Verdict

There's a list of very strong legal concerns about the verdict.

Most notably that one device was not found to have infringed the patent but Apple was still awarded $2 million for it.

And that one juror said that they wanted to punish Samsung for copying when in fact the jury instructions said damages were to compensate for losses only.
