Samsung Galaxy S III

TL;DR: It'll be better with Jelly Bean. Samsung put on the best hardware but not tied with a consistent software foundation, so you won't feel the quadcore power in your day-to-day use (apart from the lockscreen). Also, the "designed for humans" features packed in won't be used at all for most users. The S III doesn't raise the bar, but's the best on Droids that you can get for now… if you don't go for the HTC's One X.
